What is the Rowdy Datathon?

The Rowdy Datathon is a free, weekend-long, overnight hackathon focused on data science where students network, learn about data science, code, and collaborate! Students form teams to tackle an issue using data science and submit their solutions at the end of the weekend for a chance to win prizes.

Students can also attend workshops, mini events, socials, and network with our industry partners! Attendance is FREE and all meals, snacks, and drinks are provided. We welcome hackers from all disciplines, backgrounds and technical levels!

This year the Rowdy Datathon is organized in collaboration with ACM UTSA, the NSA, the UTSA Math Department, and the UTSA School of Data Science! The datathon will be held Oct 18 - 19th at the San Pedro I bldg at the UTSA Downtown Campus.
